From 1989 to 1991 :

They make in a workshop relay Thanks awaiting the construction of the new plant on the area of Bellevue in St Agathon.

The 27 May 1991 :

The first was released madeleine furnaces of the new plant at 9.05 am. The daily production is then 30000 madeleines (current production is 200000 madeleines per day).

On October 1991 :

Purchase of the biscuit of STER of quimper which will be transferred to Guingamp in January 1993 and automated on this occasion.

December 1993 :

Merger of the two companies, the daily production with a total of 20 employees is then madeleines 60000 and 30000 shortbread pastry.

May 1994 :

Automation of the production line of madeleines.

Januar 1996 :

Installation of a new production line automatic shortbread pastry.

Januar 1997 :

Computers and automation of the line to madeleines.

December 1998 :

Installation of a new line for the manufacture of pure palm butter, so far the number was 27 employees.

Januar 2000 :

Creating a quality service.

Januar 2004 & 2005 :

Obtaining certification BRC (British Retail Consortium) version 3.

December 2005 :

Extension of the existing building 4000 6000 M2, installation of a new line to madeleines more efficient.

October 2006 :

Arrival of a new assistant quality.
